Eldercare Home Health Inc. is currently looking for a full time Admin Assistant / Receptionist - this is a much more challenging role than your typical Admin Assistant position.

You'll be reporting to the President of the company. You'll be fielding calls from clients and staff regarding shifts and related issues, assisting with all aspects of office administration, and acting as the "right hand" person to the President. You'll need a very good working knowledge of MS Word, Publisher, Outlook and Excel as well as familiarity with computers and printers in general.

Needless to say, you'll need to be organized, organized, organized. You'll also need to have great computer skills, and a pleasant phone manner.

You must have at least 5 years of office experience, excellent English language skills, both verbal and written, be motivated, punctual, and detail oriented.
